Information we collect
We may collect contact details, billing and delivery information, vehicle and fitment details, order history, support communications, newsletter preferences, device information, IP address, and website interaction data. Payment credentials are handled by payment providers such as PayPal; RevFlowParts does not intentionally store full card numbers in the storefront.
How we use information
- Process orders, payments, fraud checks, fitment review, shipping, and claims.
- Respond to support, dealer, gallery, and privacy requests.
- Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the storefront.
- Send product or fitment updates when consent or applicable law permits.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, sanctions, and dispute obligations.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about certain disclosures. You may also unsubscribe from marketing messages. Submit a request to privacy@revflowparts.com with the subject "Privacy Request."
We may request reasonable verification before acting. Some records may be retained where required for transactions, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes.
Security, retention, and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations. The storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
