Agreement and eligibility
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Receiving Instructions. You must be legally capable of entering a purchase agreement and provide accurate billing, contact, vehicle, and delivery information.
Orders, availability, and pricing
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may verify inventory, fitment, pricing, payment, destination, or fraud risk before accepting an order. Obvious pricing or content errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled and refunded.
Product appearance, weave, finish, and hand-laid composite characteristics may vary. Product images are representative of the listed part and should be reviewed with all fitment notes.
Fitment responsibility
RevFlowParts reviews submitted vehicle information, but the customer and professional installer remain responsible for confirming application before modification or installation. VIN, trim, body style, market specification, sensors, brackets, and prior vehicle modifications may affect compatibility.
Payment and fraud review
Payments may be processed by PayPal and its eligible card-funding methods. Payment authorization does not require us to release an order that fails availability, fraud, export, fitment, or freight review. Refund timing after cancellation is controlled by the payment provider and issuing bank.
Cancellations, returns, and claims
Contact support@revflowparts.com before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Made-to-order, installed, modified, painted, sanded, damaged after delivery, or special-order items may be non-returnable. Approved returns must be unused, complete, and securely packaged and may be subject to outbound freight, return freight, and restocking deductions where permitted.
Transit damage is handled under the carrier inspection process in our Receiving Instructions. Product defects or incorrect items must be reported promptly with photographs before installation.
Installation and vehicle use
Composite body parts commonly require professional test fitting, trimming, drilling, surface preparation, alignment, and finishing. Do not paint or permanently modify a part until fitment is approved. RevFlowParts does not provide mechanical, structural, or road-safety certification. The buyer is responsible for professional installation and compliance with local vehicle laws.
Warranty and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided subject to the written product description and any applicable manufacturer warranty. RevFlowParts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from delay, installation, vehicle downtime, labor, towing, paint, modification, or improper use.
